Free and Good Habits implies that although every man be free in the real sense of the word, can be tied to social barriers which deprive him of part of their freedom and become slave of his own passions and prejudices.
So is this yoke that must be delivered, but will only do so if it's Good Habits, or if you already own ethical principles (virtues) in his well-founded personality.
