This is a very simple system, consisting of guides made of aluminum, a cap made of aluminum angle to the blade profile, and a wooden block that has carved the desired profile, which has been glued sandpaper. The procedure is very simple, you just have to prepare the wood, abrading the entire possible with a carpenter's plane prior to sanding.
With this system we obtain all the identical blades.
